ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
The Denver West Architectural Control Committee reviews and approves applicant submissions for new construction, building/site modifications, temporary and permanent signage, and outdoor events within the Denver West area, including but not limited to the Denver West Village, Denver West Plaza, Colorado Mills, and Promenade at Denver West shopping centers and pad sites, and also the Denver West Office Park, Cafarelli Center, Montrachet apartments, the Lodge at Denver West, and area automotive dealerships.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCESS
- Please email all approval requests and inquiries to the Committee Coordinator. Please do NOT submit paper copies of your request unless specifically asked to do so after submitting the request via email.
- The submission of a request and its applicable review fees guarantee DWACC review of that request, but not automatic approval. If your request is not approved, the DWACC will provide a written response with a list of comments to address, as well as instructions for resubmission.
