New Construction Requests
The Denver West Architectural Control Committee reviews applicant submissions for new buildings within the Denver West area, including but not limited to the Denver West Village, Denver West Plaza, Colorado Mills and Promenade at Denver West shopping centers and pad sites. The Committee must approve the architecture and site design, as well as all building materials and colors prior to permitting and construction.
The following requests must be submitted to and approved by the DWACC prior to City of Lakewood permitting and start of construction/installation:

- Formal Building Request
- New Tenant Signage Request
- Construction Staging Request
